Brad comes to Veterans For Child Rescue with an extensive law enforcement background. He has a proven record of leadership, tactical and surveillance operations, and specialized instruction including Officer Survival, Executive Protection, Undercover Operations, Tactical Operations that included foreign counter-terrorism training experience.
